- Free shipping on every order. We ship within the United States only.
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days by USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in 2–5 business days.
- We email you a tracking number when your box ships. You can also follow your order from the link in your confirmation email.
- If your box is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Returns: 30-day money-back guarantee
- If you're not happy with your Puzzle Box, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for it.
- This covers any box, set up or not, until it has been regifted.
- Please send the box back in working condition with its lock. Return shipping is paid by you.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the box reaching us.
- A box that arrived damaged or faulty is our cost: we'll replace it or refund it and cover the return shipping.
